These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777dbx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777dbx website located at https://777dbx.app and all associated products, services, games, and promotions offered thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777dbx platform and must close your account immediately.

777dbx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Accounts held by players found to be under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be returned to the originating payment method after applicable verification checks.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The platform is designed to serve players based in Bangladesh. 2.3 Account Registration

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777dbx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following local Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777dbx does not accept international credit cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no upper limit on deposits; however, exceptionally large single deposits may trigger additional identity verification checks in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals are sent to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. 777dbx does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or wallets not previously associated with a deposit on the same account.

3.4 Verification Requirements

All such promotions carry their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotion landing page at the time of the offer.

5.1 Game Availability

777dbx offers a range of casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and crash games. Game availability may vary based on scheduled maintenance, provider restrictions, or regulatory requirements. 777dbx reserves the right to suspend or remove any game or market at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game interface or betting market. These limits may vary by game, market, and account status. 777dbx reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts based on risk management criteria without the requirement to disclose the specific grounds for such adjustment.

5.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest miscalculation — including incorrectly displayed odds or game results — 777dbx reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts. 777dbx is not liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to continue betting following a known technical fault.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777dbx platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or staff members to manipulate game results.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 777dbx will attempt to notify the player via the registered email or contact information before applying any dormancy policy. Administration fees may apply to dormant accounts in line with our published fee schedule, where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777dbx, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the player.
• Unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorised access resulting from causes beyond 777dbx's reasonable control.
• Interruption of game services caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's device or network.

777dbx's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
